Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On October 18, 2013, Cadence Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced that the OFIRMEV^® (acetaminophen) injection prescribing information had been updated. The most prominent change was the addition of a boxed warning including language regarding the potential for dosing errors with OFIRMEV and the risk of liver injury associated with the administration of acetaminophen (by all routes of administration) at doses that exceed the recommended daily limit.
